I am a father first.

As the parent of two children who compete in youth sports, I’ve spent years on the sidelines — not just cheering, but learning. Being involved in their journey has given me a firsthand look at how the youth sports industry really works. I’ve seen the opportunities it creates. I’ve also seen how easily young athletes and families can be taken advantage of without the right guidance.

I have also coached youth sports for years, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for the responsibility adults carry in shaping young athletes’ futures.

That experience, combined with more than 20 years as a practicing attorney in Real Estate, Probate, and Business law, led me to focus on protecting young athletes and the families who support them — while also advising the leagues, clubs, training programs, and tournament operators that serve them.

I earned dual degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Florida and my law degree from St. Thomas University. For over two decades, I have negotiated contracts, resolved disputes, and advised businesses and families through important, high-stakes decisions.

Through Dropping Dimes Consulting, I now bring that experience to youth sports — representing athletes, families, leagues, clubs, training programs, and tournament operators with one clear mission: protect young talent, structure smart opportunities, and help build sustainable, long-term success.

Youth sports should develop character and opportunity — not create risk. My role is to raise the standard — protecting athletes and strengthening the leagues, clubs, and programs that serve them.
